One-on-One Class:
Ideal for rapid skill improvement, tailored menus, and personalized guidance.

A fun, romantic way to bond over learning new recipes—perfect for date nights.

Perfect for memorable gatherings with friends, family, or team-building events.

What’s Included:
Participants receive printed or electronic recipe cards, as well as ongoing support after the class. I provide kitchen equipment, utensils, aprons, basic pantry items, and all class ingredients, plus hot drinks like tea and coffee, and drinking water. Feel free to use your smartphone to take pictures and videos for future reference. You are welcome to BYOB.
Class Details
Duration:
3–4 hours of hands-on cooking, plus time to enjoy your meal.
Menu & Dietary Preferences:
I’ll collaborate with you to select recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions.
Location Options:
Host at my kitchen or I can come to yours.
Learning Environment:
Join in for a fully hands-on experience, or simply watch, learn, and taste as I demonstrate each dish. All skill levels are welcome.
Cuisine Focus & Menu Customization:
I teach a diverse range of culinary techniques and cuisines, including bread making, pastry fundamentals, cooking with seasonal local ingredients, classic French, European and Eastern European dishes, local Tex-Mex, and Asian cuisines (e.g., Japanese and Thai). Menus can be customized to fit any dietary restrictions, allergies, cultural preferences, or skill levels.
